The subject involves a supervised, self-paced project of directed reading and/or research and/or tutorials on a prescribed project in the Wine Industry. The student would normally select a project in some fundamental aspect of viticulture or oenology
This subject is delivered flexibly involving printed learning material and compulsory attendance for three days at the Dookie Campus of the University of Melbourne. The subject is conducted during Semesters 1 and 2.
