Mary Cole
Prior to joining the staff at the Dookie campus, Mary was the course coordinator for the Master of Wine Technology and Marketing at Monash University. Mary also spent five years at Charles Sturt University as a lecturer in Viticulture. Mary also coordinates an active research program into diseases of grapevines.
